Once your order leaves our fulfillment warehouses, we dispatch a routing code to your registered email. Enter this code inside our "Track Order" portal to view live courier status updates.
For major countries (US, UK, CA, EU), packages are shipped customs prepaid (DDP), meaning you will not face unexpected import fees. For other regions, import duties depend on local custom regulations.
All premium electronics purchased from Elevora come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty. The warranty covers motherboard malfunctions, assembly defects, and abnormal battery degradations.
Send an email to support@elevora.com outlining your Order ID and reason. We will dispatch a prepaid shipping return label. Return the item in its original box packaging within 30 days for a swift refund.
We accept all major credit/debit card processors (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Stripe transactions, Apple Pay, and Google Pay secure gateways.
Since we process orders within 1-2 hours of payment to ensure fast logistics, please contact support@elevora.com immediately for cancels. Once shipped, orders must be processed under our standard return guidelines.
